Spelt is an ancient grain that lends a nutty and nutritional background to this artisan loaf. This loaf undergoes a long ferment time with an overnight rise, increasing digestibility and all the goodness sourdough has to offer!  50/50 blend of spelt flour and all purpose flour. Organic flour only.
